Connecting a Vendor to the Third-Party Risk Exchange

Connect a vendor record to the Third-Party Risk Exchange to receive ongoing updates about the vendor. This populates specific details of your vendor record with the data stored in the Exchange. Vendor details are not changed by a Third-Party Risk Exchange connection. When a vendor record is updated, a notification will appear, showing the information that was updated.

You can manually connect a vendor to the Exchange, or save time by enabling daily automated scans to autoconnect new vendors after they are added.

Important:

The autoconnect feature is available for customers with solution packaging, or for customers with old packaging who have an add-on SKU for their existing licenses. For more information, contact OneTrust Sales.

Instructions for both methods are outlined below:

  1. On the Third-Party Exchange menu, select Exchange.
The Third-Party Risk Exchange screen appears.
