Product Update: Find Transaction Data in Receipts
The Transactions interface is being consolidated into Receipts. Transaction data is not being removed. Instead, the same information is now available through the Receipts experience, including the receipt list, receipt details, and related profile and filtering workflows.
This update helps simplify navigation by moving consent activity into a single experience. Customers who previously used the Transactions tab should now use Receipts to view transaction-related details.
For more information, see Viewing Consent Receipts & Transactions.
Finding data previously in the Transactions tab
Transaction information now lives in Receipts
If you previously used the Transactions tab in the Receipt screen header, use the Receipts screen instead. Most list and detail information that was available under Transactions now appears directly in the Receipt list screen and the Receipt details screen. Each receipt shows the transactions associated with it, making Receipts the primary place to review this activity.

Transaction IDs are no longer clickable
Transaction IDs are also no longer clickable from the Receipt summary pane. Instead of opening a transaction details screen, users should open the related receipt to review the same underlying details there.
If you need details that were previously accessed from the Transaction details screen, select the receipt associated with that transaction (either from the Receipts list screen or the Data subject details screen). The corresponding Receipt summary pane now provides that information. You can click the View more button on the Receipt summary pane to view the full receipt details.

Purpose report information is now available through filtering
The Report tab is being removed from the Purpose details screen. To find the same information that appeared there, including data subject count and collection point count associated with a purpose, filter the Profiles list screen and the Collection points list screen using the relevant Purpose filter.

Collection point transaction actions are removed
The Transactions option is being removed from the Collection point details screen Context menu. To find related information, filter the Receipts list screen by collection point name. Then open the relevant receipt details screen to review the associated transaction details.

Profile receipts now include search
For data subject profiles, the Transactions tab is being replaced with a Receipts tab. Customers should use the Receipts tab within the profile to review consent activity that was previously surfaced through transactions.
Customers will see an enhanced Receipts tab in the Data subject details screen, including a search capability. This makes it easier to find specific consent records without relying on the previous Transactions tab.

What this means for your team
If your team previously used Transactions for day-to-day review, auditing, or support workflows, you should now use Receipts as the primary place to find consent activity.

-
Open the related receipt when you need details that were previously accessed from a transaction record.
-
Use filters in Profiles, Collection points, and Receipts to find the same information that used to be accessed through older transaction-specific navigation paths.
-
Use the enhanced Receipts search experience in Profiles tab to locate specific records more quickly.
