Viewing Consent Receipts & Transactions
You can use the Receipts screen to view additional details for each interaction that a data subject had with an interface, such as a Collection Point or Preference Center. Every time that a data subject interacts with an interface, a receipt is created to keep record of that event. Receipts are an immutable record of these interactions and include all relevant information about the data subject, Purposes, Purpose Preferences, and optionally, privacy notices.
The receipts are stored, encrypted, and also provided to their respective interface URL. If the data subject is identifiable, the receipt is further processed to create individual transactional records relating to each Purpose of processing, including the associated Purpose Preference choices made. These consent transactions can then be viewed on the Transactions tab.
You can also access and view Receipts in the Receipts search screen of the Cookie Consent module. The CookieV2 Cookie Receipt UI permission must be enabled to access this functionality.
