Creating Issues in Bulk
You can create issue records in bulk using the Create Issues import template. The template allows you to bulk create issues using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that can be imported into OneTrust.

Bulk Import Template Fields
The templates will list the active default and custom attribute fields that the user can edit. The Options tab displays all single-select and multi-choice attribute options.
All fields are optional unless noted otherwise. If a required field is left blank, the import will fail. If an optional field is left blank, the current data in OneTrust will be overwritten as blank.
The fields listed in the table below include system attributes only. If you have custom attributes enabled, these fields will appear after the Source Type column in the spreadsheet. Use the Attribute Manager to manage your custom attributes. For more information, see Adding, Editing, and Deactivating Issue Attributes.
