Enabling Notification Summary Emails

You can receive a scheduled notification summary email to review a list of all your email notifications sent within a specific interval. When you enable this setting, you can configure the frequency at which you receive these emails, which can help reduce the number of requests you receive and prevent missed notifications.

To enable notification summary emails

  1. Click the User icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. On the menu that appears, select User Preferences.
  3. On the User Preferences menu, select Notifications. The Notifications screen appears.

  4. Configure the fields, as necessary. For more information, see Notifications Screen Reference.
  5. Click the Save button.

Select the frequency at which you want to receive notification summary emails.

  • Daily

    Note:

    The notification summary email will be sent at 9:00 AM UTC.

  • Every 3 hours

  • Hourly

Instant Notifications

Select All Enabled or All Disabled for receiving instant notifications.
