Viewing Notifications in the OneTrust Platform
You can view recent notifications that you have received across the OneTrust platform by clicking the Notifications icon in the Global Header. If you would like to access additional details on these notifications or view all of your notifications, you can access the Alert Center.
Viewing Notifications from the Global Header
To view your notifications across the OneTrust platform, you can click the Notifications icon in the Global Header. The Notifications popover appears with your notifications listed in the order that they were received and grouped under the following headings: Today, Yesterday, and Older. From here, you can easily review a summary of activity and efficiently navigate to other areas of the platform for items that may require your attention.
On the Notifications popover, you can also download files that you exported by clicking the respective download link for the notification. If a notification is no longer needed, you can click the X icon corresponding to the notification to clear it from the list, click the X icon corresponding to a specific heading to clear all notifications for that group from the list, or click the Dismiss All button to clear the entire list of notifications. If you want to view additional details on the notifications, you can simply click the View in Alert Center link to navigate to the Alert Center.
