Exporting and Importing Incident Web Forms

Note: The Exporting and Importing Incident Web Forms feature is under Public Preview. Please contact OneTrust Support to request early access.

You can export a complete Incident web form as a JSON file and import into another of your tenants. This will help you to easily leverage existing web form configurations without having to reproduce the same web form from scratch.

You can only export a published Incident web form.

When you export a web form, the JSON file will include:
  • Web form settings and integrations

  • Form fields and field mappings

  • Styling

  • Attachment settings

  • All supported language translations

Attributes in the original tenant will be mapped matching attributes in the target tenant. If any attributes are missing from the new tenant they will be skipped, but the import will continue. If the imported JSON file is missing any values required to create a new web form, the import will not complete.
