Deleting an Incident Web Form

You can delete a web form when it is no longer needed.

To delete a web form

Note:

Deleting a web form is permanent and cannot be undone. Verify that you no longer need the web form before proceeding.

  1. On the Incident Management menu, select Setup > Web forms​​​​.
    The Web forms screen appears.
  2. Select the ​Context​ menu of the web form you want to delete. Select ​Delete​​.
    The Delete modal appears.
  3. On the Delete modal, select the Yes button.

    The web form will be deleted.
