Adding your Incident Web Form to an Existing Website

You can add an incident web form to a preexisting website in an iFrame.

To add a web form to your website

  1. On the Incident Management menu, select Setup > Web Forms.

    The Web Forms screen appears.

  2. Click the Edit button on the web form tile.

    The Web Form Customization screen appears.

  3. Configure your web from as needed, for more information, see Building an Incident Web Form.
  4. Select the Integrate tab.

  5. Click the Copy Script button.
  6. Paste the script in the body of your web page and then publish your changes. The web form will appear on the page.
    Note:

    If you are embedding the code snippet in SharePoint, we recommend updating the size of the iframe to width={800} height={600}.
