Configuring Multilingual Incident Web Forms
Multilingual web forms are currently available for customers with an Advanced, Enterprise, and Trial license.
You can configure which languages are available for respondents to view and respond to incident web forms. To use this feature, you must activate the Enable Additional Languages setting in the Incident Management module. Leveraging this setting streamlines localization and allows for greater control and accuracy when configuring web forms across multiple languages.
The default language of the web form can be changed once the respondent opens the form.
To activate the Enable Additional Languages setting
Only web form admins with the Incident Multi-Lingual Web Forms permission will be able to view the Enable Additional Language setting to create multi-lingual web forms.
To manage web form languages
The admin can change the default language so that when the respondent opens the web form, it automatically opens in the default language selected by admin. The respondent can still change it to any other language.
To add web form text translations
You can currently add translated text for the following items on the incident web form:
Form field translations must be managed within the Attribute Manager. For more information, see Managing Incident Attributes.
