Managing Duplicate Requests

You can view and manage potential duplicate requests from individuals. Potential duplicates are identified based on the email address used to submit the request. The Duplicate Requests modal shows all requests from the email address within a 12 month period.

If a request is a potential duplicate, you will see a flag on the Data Subject Request Details screen, showing the number of requests submitted by the individual in the last 12 months.
