To convert date formats

The correct format for importing data is YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.SSSZ, whereas the commonly used Excel format is DD-MM-YYYY h:mm. It is crucial to convert dates to the appropriate format to avoid import errors.

Example converted dates:

  1. Create a new Excel sheet.
  2. Use the formula to convert your date to the required format:
    CODE
    =TEXT(A2, "yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.000Z")

Replace A2 with the cell that contains your original date.

  3. After converting, copy the formatted date and use the Paste Special function in Excel to paste the values into your historic request sheet.
