Using Template Instructional Message in Self-Service Portal

Configuring an instructional message on a template allows users to enter a custom message per template that will be displayed when launching an assessment with that template through the Self-Service Portal.

To access the instructional message feature in template

  1. On the Main Navigation menu, select Self-Service Portal.

    The Self-Service Portal screen appears.

  2. Click the Configure button.

    The Self-Service Portal Configuration screen appears.

  3. Select the template you want to add the Customize Instructional Message.
  4. Enable the Customize Instructional Message setting.
  5. Enter custom message in text box.
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. On the Self-Service Portal screen, click the Launch button that contains the added message.

    The Launch Assessment screen appears.

  8. Click the Launch button.
