Viewing Activity History of the Projects Object

You can view and audit the activity history of the Projects Object to gain additional insight, control, and compliance into your organization's handling of the seeded object.

To view activity history

  1. On the Global Data Manager menu, select Object Types.

    The Objects screen appears.

  2. Select Projects.

    The Projects screen appears.

  3. Go to the Activity tab.
  4. The screen will detail all actions taken on the object and associated attributes since its creation through retirement. Use the expand and collapse options to adjust your view of the audit trail.


  5. The following actions are recorded in the activity history:

    • Object Record Modified

    • New Attribute Created

    • Attribute Modified

    • New Attribute Group Added

    • Attribute Group Modified

    • Workflows Enabled

    • Workflows Disabled
