Managing Integrations List Screen

Once created integrations appear in the Integrations screen, you can create organize and create custom views of integrations for easier review and management.

To apply filters

You can leverage filters to populate the table with integrations according to specific values. This allows you to narrow your view of integrations to a certain type, status, or system, or use a combination to surface specific integrations.

  1. On the Integrations menu, select Integrations.

    The Integrations screen appears.

  2. In the top-left above the table, click + Add filter.

  3. You can filter the table according to the following values:
    • Type

    • Status

    • System

  4. For Type filters, this sorts the table by Workflows or Wizards.

Click outside of the pop-up to display the applied filter.

  5. For Status filters, this sorts the table according to the connection's status: Active, Inactive, or Halted.

Click outside of the pop-up to display the applied filter.

  6. For System filters, this sorts the table according to the system/data source. Use the search or scroll to locate one of OneTrust's supported systems.

Click outside of the pop-up to display the applied filter.

  7. Click the X icon to delete select filters or use the Clear all option to remove all applied filters.

To manage, reorder, and resize columns

  1. On the Integrations menu, select Integrations.

    The Integrations screen appears.

  2. Click the Manage columns icon in the top-right of the screen.

    The Manage columns modal appears.

  3. The modal will organize the available columns into Hidden columns and Shown columns, the latter being the columns that appear in the Integrations screen. The Name column is required and cannot be removed from the Shown columns.

  4. To move a column, click on the name and then select one of the directional arrows to move it. This can be done for moving Hidden to Shown, or Shown to Hidden. For moving multiple columns at once, hold the shift key to select multiple columns and use the arrow to move them.

  5. To reorder columns in the table as they appear left-to-right, select a column name and use the directional arrows to adjust its position in top-down order. The double arrow options will move the selected column to the top or bottom of the order.

  6. To freeze columns, so they don't move in their position when scrolling left-to-right in the table, choose one of the following options from the Freeze field.
    • No columns

    • First column

    • First two columns

    • First three columns

  7. Click the Save button to apply any changes made to the default column ordering.
  8. To resize columns, hover your cursor between two columns to display the resize icon. The dividing line between two columns will have a blue line between the headers.

  9. Click and drag your cursor to resize the column to hide or expose column values or simply to eliminate empty space between columns. Release the cursor to maintain the size.

The Integrations screen will by default display up to 50 integrations per page. You can increase this number to view up to 200 integrations in a single screen without having to rely on pagination to view additional integrations.

  1. On the Integrations menu, select Integrations.

    The Integrations screen appears.

  2. In the bottom-right corner of the screen, click 50/page. A pop-up will appear to let you load either 100 or 200 integrations per page.
