Creating Integrations

You can create integrations from the system tiles available in the Gallery screen. These templates can be leveraged to bring together common actions in third-party systems with supplemental actions in the OneTrust application.

Seeded integrations and wizards are also available for select systems.

Adding New Integrations

Before creating your template, you need to first configure credentials that will allow OneTrust to access the application for the integration. For more information, see Configuring Integration Credentials.

You can add a new integration from the seeded templates, wizards, or launch one directly from an existing system in your environment.

To add a new integration

  1. On the Integrations menu, select Integrations. The Integrations screen appears.

  2. Click the Add integration button. The Add Integration modal appears.

  3. Complete the fields, then click the Add button. The Integration Builder screen appears. You are now ready to build and configure the integration using OneTrust's seeded triggers, actions, and logic.

    Tip:

To enter multiple emails, separate entries with a semicolon.

    Note:

To add an integration from a wizard

Integrations established through a Gallery Wizard will now have the Message Container setting enabled and configured with the manual reprocessing method by default. For more information, see Reprocessing Methods for Integration Workflows.

Workflows created via a Gallery Wizard can be viewed in the Wizard's Connection Details screen so users can quickly navigate to the connection's settings for additional configuration.
