Publishing OneTrust Hosted Web Form Collection Points

After you've finished configuring your OneTrust Hosted Web Form Collection Point, you can publish it to activate it. Once activated, you can integrate the web form on your website to collect consent from site visitors and consumers.

To publish a OneTrust Hosted Web Form

Note:

Once a OneTrust Hosted Web Form has been published, no further changes can be made to the published version. You can create a new version of the OneTrust Hosted Web Form if additional changes are required.

  1. On the Universal Consent & Preference Management menu, select Interfaces > Collection Points. The Collection Points screen appears. 

  2. Click the link in the Name column for the OneTrust Hosted Web Form in Draft status. The Collection Point Details screen appears.

  3. Verify the collection point configuration and make any changes, as needed.
  4. Click the Save button.
  5. Click the Publish button. The Publish modal appears.


  6. Click the Publish button. The OneTrust Hosted Web Form Collection Point is published and placed in Active status.
