Setting Up a Multi Identity Preference Center
You can set up a Multi Identity Preference Center to provide your data subjects with the ability to modify their preferences and consent records captured across multiple channels or identities. Multi Identity Preference Centers allow data subjects to log into a Preference Center with one identity, such as an email address, and be able to see and modify other preferences that they have indicated through other Linked Identities, such as an additional email address or a phone number.
Data subjects can now log into Multi Identity preference centers using an additional identifier as an alias without impacting user preferences or functionality.
Multi Identity Preference Centers are only supported by Preference Centers using the Multi Page template. For more information, see Creating a Multi Page Preference Center. In addition, setting up a Multi Identity Preference Center requires use of the Linked Identities feature. For more information, see Managing Data Subject Groups.

The following table details the user experience given the configuration of the identifier. For more information, see Managing Data Subject Groups.
