Enabling Phone Number Verification for Preference Centers
You can configure Multi Page Preference Centers to allow data subjects to log in to your Preference Center using their phone number. This will access their preferences based on the consent stored against their phone number. In addition, if Multi Identity is enabled for the Preference Center and there are other linked identities associated with the phone number, the Preference Center will display all preferences linked to that data subject.
To enable phone number verification
The Enable Phone Number Verification setting on the Consent Settings screen in Global Settings must first be enabled in order to enable this setting for a Preference Center. For more information, see Universal Consent & Preference Management Settings.

Linked Identities in the Preference Center
Multi Identity Preference Centers allow data subjects to log into a Preference Center with one identity, such as an email address, and be able to see and modify other preferences that they have indicated through other Linked Identities, such as an additional email address or a phone number. If Multi Identity is enabled for the Preference Center and there are other linked identities associated with the phone number used to log into the Preference Center, then the Preference Center will display all preferences captured for the linked identities.
For more information on Multi Identity Preference Centers, see Setting Up a Multi Identity Preference Center.
