Integrating with ServiceNow to Create Data Mapping Automation Assets
You can integrate a ServiceNow account with OneTrust to create assets in the Data Mapping Automation module. This integration allows you to sync your inventory with assets that you would like to update.
To set up credentials in OneTrust
This documentation uses Basic Authentication to create an integration credential. For more information on ServiceNow's authentication methods, see ServiceNow REST API product documentation.
For more information on creating integration credentials, see Configuring Integration Credentials.

To configure the workflow
Once you've created the workflow via template import, you will need to further configure the workflow with your new credentials, parameter values, and a trigger schedule.
The GET AssetDiscovery step pulls assets from the alm_asset table in ServiceNow. You can change this as necessary by inputting a different table name after table/ in the URL. If you do, you will also have to edit the body in the PUT Upsert Inventory step.
Inventory Configuration
This integration is configured to update the asset inventory, but it can be changed to update other inventories by editing the Type parameter.
