Creating and Managing Screening Request Templates
This article shows you how to create and configure screening request templates to use in Third-Party Due Diligence screening and monitoring workflows.
Screening request templates help you further refine your risk-based approach to managing third parties by allowing you specify the type of content you would like Dow Jones to return when screening or monitoring third parties of varying risk levels.
For example, if you have a low-risk third party, you can customize a screening request template that limits the data returned by Dow Jones to help reduce the number of matched results and content requiring review. In turn, for a high-risk third party, you could implement broader parameters to increase the amount of matched profiles and content to better assess the degree of the risk.
