Using Search and Replace for AutoCompleted Questionnaires

Once you run your questionnaire against your Answer Libraries, you can select a different response if the match the system provided is incorrect. The Search Library feature allows you to review other responses Athena found as a match to a question and easily search across the libraries for the correct response. When you search across your Answer Libraries, you can view the best responses based on their confidence score.

  1. On the Vendor Portal navigation menu, select Requests. The Requests screen appears.
