Sharing Your Trust Profile

You can share a public link to your Trust Profile by generating a publicly accessible link from your to share with customers and prospects.

To Share your Trust Profile with Specific People

  1. On the Vendor Portal menu, select Trust Profile. The Trust Profile screen appears.

  2. Click the Share button. The Sharing Trust Profile modal appears.


    Note:

    You can choose to send a public or private link.

  3. Enter the names or email addresses of contacts from your customers list or add new emails. Add a message if needed.
  4. Click the Share button.

To Generate a Public Share Link to your Trust Profile

  1. On the Vendor Portal menu, select Trust Profile. The Trust Profile screen appears.

  2. Click the Share button. The Sharing Trust Profile modal appears.

  3. Click the Generate Link button. A shareable URL will appear in the modal.


  4. Click the Copy button. You can now share the copied link with any individuals needed.

To Manage User Access to Shared Links

  1. On the Vendor Portal menu, select Trust Profile. The Trust Profile screen appears.

  2. Click the Share button. The Sharing Trust Profile modal appears.

  3. Click Manage Shared Links. The Manage Shared Links screen appears.

  4. Select the user(s) you wish to remove access for then click the Remove Access button. Removed users will no longer be able to access your trust profile with the shared link they previously received.
