Creating and Launching Policy Campaigns

Create and send policy campaigns that streamline document distribution and drive accountability across your organization. Policy campaigns allow you to assign action items, send attestations to specific user groups, and automate content delivery through one-time or rolling campaigns. The intuitive setup allows for flexible scheduling and audience targeting, making policy communication more efficient and engaging.

To create one-time campaigns

A One-Time Campaign allows you to deliver content to a specific list of recipients at a designated date and time. This option is ideal for distributing documents, assigning tasks, or sending attestations that require a single, coordinated push. You have full control over the audience and schedule, making it a great choice for time-sensitive or event-driven communications.

  1. On the Campaigns menu, select Campaign manager.

    The Campaigns screen appears.
