Campaigns in Policy Management
Enterprise Policy Management is adopting the legacy Campaigns functionality into the Policy Management product. By integrating this feature into Policy Management, we’re ensuring continued support and evolution of these capabilities within an actively supported platform. Campaigns is a significant enhancement to the attestation capability, enabling users to manage policies at scale. It streamlines the distribution of multiple policies requiring attestations into a single workflow and provides visibility into attestation metrics.
This enhancement will allow teams to:
-
Launch targeted campaigns to distribute documents and assign action items across the organization.
-
Send attestations to user groups and individual users to maximize engagement.
-
Create one-time or rolling campaigns that automatically deliver content based on defined criteria.
This adoption enhances the attestation process by introducing campaign functionality directly into Policy Management, solving key challenges around scalability and group-based delivery.
What's Next
Once available, new, policy-specific documentation will be published in the Policy Management knowledge base to guide users through the updated experience. This documentation will be maintained and updated as the feature evolves.
