Flagging Risks on Exceptions

You can flag risks on an exception. Once you flag a risk, you have the ability to create a new risk or select an existing risk from the Risk Library.

To add risks

  1. On the Policy menu, select Exceptions.

    The Exception Register screen appears.

  2. Select the exception in which you would like to flag a risk.

    The Exception Details screen appears.

  3. Select the Risks tab.
  4. Click the Add Risk button.
    The Flag Risk modal appears.

  5. Select a risk from the Risk Library or create a new risk. For more information, see Creating a New Risk From the Risk Register.
  6. Click the Add button.
    Note:

    To flag additional risks on an exception, click the Context Menu icon on the Exception Details screen and select Flag Risk.
