Policy Management Settings

You can manage settings for the Policy Management product in Global Settings. Policy Management settings control Microsoft Word Online integration and authentication for shared links through an identity provider.

To configure Policy Management Settings

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to access Global Settings.
  2. On the Global Settings menu, select Policy Management > General. The General screen appears.

  3. Customize the Policy Management Settings, as necessary.

    Description
    Microsoft Word Online Integration

    Enable this setting to allow users to build and edit policies using Microsoft Word Online.

    Note:

    Users will still be able to build and edit policies using the OneTrust Builder.

    Enable Single Sign-On Share Link

    Enable this setting to allow users to configure authentication through an identity provider to allow links to be share within your organization. Users can setup multiple identity providers.

  4. Click the Save button.
