Using the Main Navigation Menu
You can use the main navigation menu to launch a variety of products with a single click. A number of informational resources are also accessible on the main navigation menu, including information about your OneTrust account and OneTrust's Privacy Policy.
Invited users who access the platform from an email link will not be able to access the main navigation menu and switch to other products.
Getting Started
You can access the main navigation menu by clicking the Application Launcher icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Global Header. The Application Launcher icon is accessible from every screen in the platform, allowing users to navigate between different products using minimal keystrokes. The main navigation menu is divided into the Favorites section, the My Apps section, and the Explore OneTrust Products section and is detailed below.
Favoriting products for quick access
In the Favorites section, products that you've favorited will appear to provide quicker access to products most relevant to you. You can favorite products to pin them to the Favorites section by hovering over the product in the My Apps section and clicking the Star icon. To remove a favorited product, hover over the product in the Favorites section and click the Star icon.
Within this section, you can open favorited products in a new tab using the Open in New Tab option on the Context menu. You can also customize the order in which favorited products display by either clicking the Arrange icon or using the Move option on the Context menu. When either of these options are used, you can hover over your favorited products, click the corresponding arrows to adjust the order, and then click the Save button. This allows you to easily organize your favorite products based on your personal preferences.
User changes made to the Favorites section will be saved for that user and applied across any organization that the user is a part of within the same account. Customizations to the Favorites section will not be applied across multiple accounts.
Viewing available products
In the My Apps section, a complete list of the products to which a user has access will display. You can either click a product to open the product within your existing tab or click the Context menu and select the Open in New Tab option to open the product in a new tab on your web browser. You can also favorite products to pin them to the Favorites section by hovering over the product within this section and clicking the Star icon.
Identifying Trial Products
Products that are currently under a Trial subscription will display in the My Apps section with a green icon that displays the number of days remaining in the trial. While the product is under trial, users will be able to add the product to their Favorites section.
When a trial for a product has expired, the product will be automatically removed from both the My Apps section and the Favorites section if previously favorited. If the product appears as a suggested product within the Explore OneTrust Products section for Site Admins, it will appear with a red icon that displays Trial Expired.
Exploring OneTrust Products
The Explore OneTrust Product section is visible to Site Admin and Manager roles.
In the Explore OneTrust Products section, you can find suggested products that might be useful to your organization. When you hover over one of the suggested products, an Information icon will appear. You can click this icon to learn more about the features available with that particular product.
To view other available products that have not yet been purchased, you can select More OneTrust Apps to learn more about other features that may be useful to your organization.
