Setting a Default Start Screen

By default, the OneTrust Platform opens to the Homepage screen that displays each of the products in the platform. For ease of access, you may want to set a different screen as your default start screen. You can configure the default start screen by leveraging your browser settings, bookmarks, and favorites.

To set a default start screen in Google Chrome

  1. Open the OneTrust Platform.
  2. Go to the screen you want to use as your default start screen.
  3. Click the Star icon in the address bar and select Add bookmark. The Bookmark added popover appears.

    You can also use the shortcut Ctrl D to bookmark a screen.



  4. Update the Name and Folder fields, as needed.
  5. Click the Done button.
  6. When you want to access the OneTrust Platform, use the bookmark you've created. After logging in, you will be sent to the designated screen.

To set a default start screen in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open the OneTrust Platform.
  2. Go to the screen you want to use as your default start screen.
  3. Click the Star icon in the address bar. The Add Bookmark popover appears.

  4. Update the Name and Location fields, as needed.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. When you want to access the OneTrust Platform, use the bookmark you've created. After logging in, you will be sent to the designated screen.

To set a default start screen in Apple Safari

  1. Open the OneTrust Platform.
  2. Go to the screen you want to use as your default start screen.
  3. On the Bookmarks menu, select Add Bookmark. The Bookmark modal appears.


  4. Update the Name and Description fields, as needed.


  5. Click the Add button.
  6. When you want to access the OneTrust Platform, use the bookmark you've created. After logging in, you will be sent to the designated screen.
