Viewing Databreachpedia

You can leverage Databreachpedia to research global data breach regulations. The Databreachpedia screen organizes entries by Jurisdiction or Law.

Each entry includes an overview of the relevant data protection law and links externally to the text of the applicable legislation.

Additionally, each entry includes information about the notification requirements, timelines, and contact details for the relevant regulator.

To view a Databreachpedia entry

  1. On the Incident Management menu, go to Databreachpedia.

    The Databreachpedia screen appears.

  2. Click the name of the country or law that you want to review.

    The Regulation Details screen appears.

  3. Review the information as needed.
