Auto-Populating Incident Details in Email Templates Using Dynamic Variables
You can auto-populate incident details using dynamic variables when communicating with users using pre-configured OneTrust email templates. The body or subject line of the email template can be customized with these variables. In the Incident Management module, you can use dynamic variables to customize incident emails sent via automation rules, workflow stage rules, and email templates in Global Settings.
Supported Template Variables
Removing the underscore or reformatting the variable name in any way will cause it to fail.
