Tip:

The Request Queue is encrypted at the field level, so standard search techniques do not always work as expected.  Instead, OneTrust uses a hash-based secondary table for search queries.

In order to yield the expected search results, we recommend the following approaches:

  • Search using fewer characters (preferably less than or equal to 6).

  • Search by exact value for First Name.

  • Search by exact value for Last Name.

  • Search by exact value for Email.

  • Search by Request ID.
