Configuring Multilingual Web Forms

You can customize web forms to support multiple languages to accommodate your users' local language(s). For more on language support for web forms and other features of this module, see (Managing Language Options for Privacy Rights.

To enable languages

  1. On the Privacy Rights Automation menu, select Setup > Web Forms. The Web Form Customization screen appears.

  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click Edit Languages. The Web Form Languages modal appears.


  4. Enable the languages you want to make available on the web form to data subjects. You can establish a default language for the web form.


  5. Click the Save button. The Web Form Customization appears.

  6. Turn on the Enable Language Preference setting.
  7. Click the Save button.
