File Support for Data Redaction
File Size Limits
The following table outlines when auto-redaction will be applied for file sizes less, equal, or greater than the defined accepted range. OneTrust is actively working on increasing the range and calculation to support large file types and extensive documents.

Page Limits
OneTrust supports redaction for files with up to 500 pages.
File Types
The file types listed below are eligible for auto-redaction upon upload.

.csv, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, and .xlsb file types are not supported for redaction when included in a .pst file. However, you can redact the files individually once your .pst file has been processed.
