Exporting Personal Data

In Data Mapping Automation, you can export personal data using the Inventory Manager.

To export personal data

  1. On the Data Mapping Automation menu, select the Inventory Manager.
  2. Click the View button on the Personal Data Configuration tile. The Personal Data Configuration screen appears.

  3. Select the Data Subject Types, Data Categories, Data Classifications, or Data Elements tab.
  4. Click the Export button. A confirmation modal appears.
  5. Click the Close button.
  6. Click the Notifications icon. The Notifications popover appears.


  7. Select the Download Personal Data export. An Excel file will download to your device.
