Creating Local Version Exports

Using Data Mapping Automation, you can create an export of all local versions linked to a master record. This export contains the GUIDs and names for all of a master record's local versions, as well as all other activated attribute fields for each local record.

To export a list of local versions

  1. On the Data Mapping Automation menu, select Assets, Processing Activities, Entities, or Vendors. The corresponding inventory list screen appears.

  2. Select the name of a record configured as a master record from the list. The Inventory Details screen appears.

  3. Go to the Local Versions tab.
  4. Click the Context Menu icon. The Context menu appears.

  5. Select Export All. A Report Download modal appears.
  6. Click the Export button. A notification appears in the Alert Center.
  7. Click the Notifications icon. The Notifications popover appears.


  8. Select the Local Inventory Export from the list. An Excel file will download to your device.
  9. View the export.
