Launching an Assessment on Relationships

You can launch an assessment on a transfer/contextual relationship from the Related tab of an inventory.

To launch a relationship assessment

On the Data Mapping Automation menu, select Assets, Processing Activities, Entities, or Vendors. The Inventory list screen appears.
Click the name of an inventory record. The Inventory Details screen appears.
Go to the Related tab.
Hover over a row for the relationship you want to assess until the Context Menu icon appears.
Click the Context Menu icon . The Context menu appears.
Select Launch Assessment. The Create Assessment screen appears.
Complete the fields. For more information, see Create Assessment Screen Reference
Click the Create & Send button.

Field: Description
Assessment Name: Enter a name for the assessment you want to launch.
Template: Select the template you want to use to launch the assessment.
Approver: Select the approver for the assessment.
Respondent: Select or enter the email address for the respondent for the assessment.
Assign sections while launching this assessment: Select to assign respondents for each section upon launch.
Reminder: Enter the number of days before the deadline which the respondent(s) should be reminded to complete the assessment.
Deadline: Select the day on which the assessment is due.
Description: Enter a brief description of the assessment you are launching.
Comments: Enter comments or further instructions which will be provided to the respondent.

Select an inventory record name from the Inventory list screen. The Inventory Details screen appears.
Go to the Related tab.
Click the ID for a relationship/transfer. The Relationship Details screen appears.
Go to the Assessments tab. A list of assessments for the inventory record appears.
Click the name of the assessment to open the assessment.

Note:
The assessments shown are those that have been launched from the relationship record.
