Bulk Importing Inventory Relationships

You can import Inventory Relationships in bulk using the Create Inventory Relationships template. This includes all available inventory relationships and inventory types. Processing activities can also be added to the inventory relationships.

To create relationships in bulk

  1. On the Data Mapping Automation menu, select Data Mapping Automation Settings. The Global Settings screen appears.

  2. From the Global Settings menu, select Import Templates. The Import Templates screen appears.

  3. In the Create Inventory Relationships icon, click Download. The Download Import Templates modal appears.

  4. Select the type of relationship and click Download
  5. Fill out the Create Inventory Relationships template. For more information, see the appropriate template guide.
    Note:

    Attributes configured for each relationship type will display as import columns.

  6. On the Global Settings menu, select Bulk Import. The Bulk Import screen appears.

  7. Click New Import. The New Import modal appears. For more information, see New Import Screen Reference.

  8. Click Submit.

Enter the size of the data being transferred.

Applicable surveillance or security laws

Select the applicable surveillance and security laws. The available options are:

  • Executive Order 12333 (EO 12333)

  • Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA 702)

  • General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 679/2016)

Security Measures

Select the security measures taken. The available options are:

  • Encryption-at-rest

  • Encryption-in-transit

Transfer Mechanisms

Select the transfer type. The available options are:

  • Ad Hoc Contractual Clauses

  • Binding Corporate Rules (BCR)

  • Certifications

  • Codes of Conduct

  • Derogations

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)

  • Supplementary Measures
