Viewing and Adding Related Assessments

You can view related assessments to see copied or triggered assessments from the Assessments screen or the Assessment Details screen. You can also manually add related assessments.

To manage related assessments from the Assessments screen

  1. On the PIA & DPIA Automation menu, select Assessments. The Assessments screen appears.

  2. On the Context menu of the assessment you want to view relationships of select Manage related assessments. The Manage related assessments modal appears.


  3. Click on the name of a related assessment to view the assessment.
  4. If you want to add related assessments, select the Edit assessment button. Select the assessment from the drop-down menu that appears.
  5. Click the Add button, then click the Close button.

To view related assessments from the Assessment Details screen

  1. On the PIA & DPIA Automation menu, select Assessments. The Assessments screen appears.

  2. Click on the name of the assessment you want to open. The Assessment details screen appears.

  3. Click the Context Menu icon. The Context menu appears.

  4. Select Manage related assessments. The Manage related assessments modal appears.

  5. Click on the name of a related assessment to view the assessment.
