Unlocking an Assessment

You can unlock an assessment that has been sent back to In Progress to allow the respondent to revise all questions in the assessment.

To unlock an assessment

  1. On the PIA & DPIA Automation menu, select Assessments. The Assessment screen appears.

  2. Click the Context menu for the assessment you want to unlock.
    Note:

    An assessment can only be unlocked if the Edit All Responses setting was disabled when the approver sent the assessment back to In Progress.

  3. Select Unlock option. A confirmation dialog appears.


  4. Click the Confirm button.
