Sharing Assessments

You can share a Read-Only copy of an assessment with other internal users.

When you share an assessment, the recipients will get an email notification that includes a link to the assessment. Recipients will be able to view questions, responses, question history, and public comments. 

To share an assessment

  1. On the PIA & DPIA Automation menu, select Assessments. The Assessments screen appears.

  2. Hover over the row for the assessment you want to share until the Context Menu icon button appears.
  3. On the Context menu, select Share. The Share Assessment modal appears.


  4. Select the check boxes for users with whom you want to share the assessment. 
  5. Click the Share button.
