Setting a Default PDF

You can designate a PDF report as your organization's default report template for a given object. The configuration of the PDF report that you set as the default PDF will be used when the Export as PDF option is selected for the object on the respective screens within the corresponding module.

For example, suppose you configured an Assessment type PDF report with your company logo in the header and adjusted the attributes that you want to appear within the Assessment Details section type on the PDF report. You can set this PDF report as your default PDF so that every report generated using the Export as PDF option will appear in the same configured format, streamlining the appearance of your PDF reports.
