Managing Default Insights Dashboards

You can configure the default view for all users accessing dashboards within a given module using the new Manage Default Dashboards screen. When a Site Admin from the root organization selects a new default dashboard, all users with access to the Dashboards tab within a given module will see the newly selected dashboard upon the next refresh or login.

Note:

Default dashboards can only be set by Site Admins within the root organization.

To configure a default dashboard

  1. On the Reports menu, select Dashboards.

    The Dashboards screen appears.

  2. Click the Manage Default Dashboards button.
    The Manage Default Dashboards screen appears.

  3. Locate the module for which you want to configure a new default dashboard, and click the Context Menu icon in the Actions column.
  4. On the Context menu, select Edit.
    The Edit Default Dashboard modal appears.

  5. Select the Insights Dashboard that you want to configure as the default dashboard view for the module.
  6. Click the Save button.
