General
How frequently does OneTrust Dashboards & Reporting refresh?
OneTrust generally refreshes every 30 minutes for all Dashboards & Reporting features, including column reports, PDF reports, and dashboards. Most data should appear in approximately 30 minutes, but it could take up to 90 minutes in certain situations based on volume. However, please expect larger times for updates to reporting services in case of bulk imports, updates, or deletes of data.
Column Reports
In what format can I export column reports?
Column reports can be exported in either .xlsx or .csv format.
Can I export all of the tabs within the column report?
Yes, you can generate a single .xlsx file containing all report tabs. For more information, see Exporting a Report.
Can I export all of the tabs within the column report if I use a report schedule?
The report schedule will only export the current saved tab on the column report.
Is it possible to export all related objects in an exploded view from column reports?
Only the Primary tab on column reports has all related objects, which are comma separated in case of one-to-many relationships. All Related tabs on column reports will have data from the primary object and the respective related object in an exploded view, with one related object and its attributes per row.
