Reports


Term	Definition
Column Report	A report that is built using module-specific fields that are populated based on the data type of the report and can be exported in Excel or CSV format.
Data Source	The module source of where the data originated.
Data Type	The type of data to include in the report or dashboard.
PDF Report	A report that is built using a variety of seeded section types that are populated based on the data type of the report and can be exported in PDF format.
Report Schedule	A configuration that can schedule a report to build on a specific interval and define which users receive the report results once the report is built.
Reports Gallery	A gallery of pre-configured templates with module-specific fields that can be used to create column and PDF reports.

Dashboard	A visual display of data that highlights and analyzes data captured across various product modules within the OneTrust platform.
Data Source	The module source of where the data originated.
Data Type	The type of data to include in the report or dashboard.
Widget	The visualizations that appear on legacy dashboards.

Dashboard Tile	The visualizations that appear on Insights Dashboards.
Data Model	The framework that defines how data is structured, stored, and managed within the database.
Data pane	The dashboard tile configuration pane that lists all the available data tables in the data model.
Data Table	The specific structure within the database where data is organized.
Filters pane	The dashboard tile configuration pane that displays any filters on the visual and can be used to view, set, and modify persistent filters to your dashboard tiles.
Insights Dashboard	A visual display of data that is built through Power BI by Microsoft and embedded in the OneTrust application to highlight and analyze data captured across various product modules within the OneTrust platform.
Visualizations pane	The dashboard tile configuration pane that identifies the type of visual in use, the data in the visual, and the format for the visual.
