Using Insights Seeded Dashboards

The Reports module offers a number of Insights seeded dashboards that are configured by default. Seeded dashboards offer a default view of key metrics captured by the respective module. Seeded dashboards cannot be modified, but can be copied to create custom dashboards that can be further customized based on the needs of your organization.

Available Seeded Dashboards

The following seeded dashboards are available within the application:

Note:

To filter the list of dashboards to only show seeded dashboards, navigate to Reports > Dashboards, enable the Insights Dashboards setting, and click the Filter icon. On the Filters pane, click the Add Filter button and select Seeded for both the Field and Equal To values. Then click the Save button and the Apply button.

Access Intelligence

  • Access Intelligence Default Dashboard

Used to understand what sensitive data you have and how it is shared across the company to identify data-related risks present in your data ecosystem.

  • AI Governance Default Dashboard

Used to view information about object ownership, stage distribution, and workflow management to readily identify the governance efficacy of your AI programs.

Audit Management

  • Audit Management Default Dashboard

Used to view key metrics related to audits, workpapers, and findings associated with your organization for reporting and management purposes.

Used to view information about active or ended campaigns with key metric widgets organizing results into actionable data for reporting.

Used to view essential information about your data assets, manage your data and associated metadata in response, and enact policies and procedures necessary for proper data governance.
