Insights Access Intelligence Dashboard
The Access Intelligence Insights Dashboard feature is under Public Preview. Please contact OneTrust Support to request early access.
The Access Intelligence Dashboard allows you to report on data captured by the Data Catalog and Data Discovery modules. You can utilize the data available on the dashboard to understand what sensitive data you have and how it is shared across the company. This allows admins to quickly identify data-related risks present in your data ecosystem.
The Access Intelligence Dashboard is divided into the following tabs: Sensitive Data Insights Tab| Access Insights Tab. The following sections provide additional details on each tab.
To access the Access Intelligence Dashboard, navigate to Reports > Dashboards. Then enable the Insights Dashboards setting. The Access Intelligence Default Dashboard is seeded in the list screen for users to copy and further customize.
Prerequisites
You will need to ensure the following is performed in order for data to populate as expected in the Access Intelligence Dashboard:

Tag inheritance setting is enabled in Global Settings. For more information, see Inheriting Tags in Data Catalog.
Important:OneTrust is improving tag management by automating inheritance by default. Management options for tag inheritance will differ for the optional vs. automatic experience. For more information, see Data Catalog Tag Inheritance Feature Notice from OneTrust.

Performed scans on unstructured data with returned values. For more information, see Reviewing Scanned Files.

Tags configured with related terms to populate associated data. For more information, see Assigning Tags and Terms in the Data Catalog.
Sensitive Data Insights Tab
The Sensitive Data tab provides context to how much of your files contain data that is considered sensitive according to the access distribution and the top terms and data categories.
The following metrics are available on the Sensitive Data Insights tab:

Hover over each segment in the chart to view the exact number and percent of files with either sensitive or non-sensitive terms. In addition, you can click each segment to display only data for that particular sensitivity type. Click the segment once more to return to the original view.

The Access Insights tab displays information about the sensitive files distributed across your data sources.
