Viewing and Using Dashboards

Dashboards offer a customizable overview of your data. You can prioritize aspects of your privacy program and view selected information about the most relevant data. A dashboard can be configured to be either public and accessible to other users in the application or private and only visible to the user who created the dashboard. The level of access configured for the dashboard will determine which dashboards are visible to you.

To view and use a dashboard

  1. On the Reports menu, select Dashboards.

    The Dashboards screen appears.

  2. Click the link in the Name column for the dashboard you want to view.


  3. Click a data segment in a widget.
    The Widget Details screen appears, showing a list of the records included in the selected data segment.
    Note:

    You can click available links in the list of records to view additional details for that respective record.
