OneVendor (Full) - 6.2

  • The privacy laws of Maryland and Rhode Island were added to the template.

  • Two new answer options were added to question 3.1: Applicable Privacy or Data Protection Law, which feature the following frameworks:

    • Maryland Online Data Privacy Act [US-MD-MODPA]

    • Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act [US-RI-RIDTPPA]

  • Conditional logic within rule 1. Applicability Check [US-PADFA] was updated to account for the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act, and any other missing US state privacy law.

  • Conditional logic was configured to reflect the introduction of the new jurisdictions to the template.

  • The Welcome text was edited to reflect the introduction of the new jurisdictions to the template.
