Incident Platform Workflow Enhancements

The Incident Workflows screen has been enhanced with search and sorting capabilities to help better organize and manage incident workflows. You can now search the Workflow screen by Workflow name, and sort the Workflow screen by the following columns:

  • Workflow Name

  • Default

  • Status

  • Date Modified

  • Date Created
